Orange peel has anti-inflammatory properties that could ease GI issues that arise, including combating bloating and flatulence. It is hypothesized that orange peel helps to modify gut microbiota.

Gentian root is nature’s most tried and trusted bitter herb, easing digestion issues by promoting stomach acid and enzyme production.

Calendula flowers are added to this blend to help ease symptoms of ulcers and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD.)

We work with Dandelion here to support the liver, the body’s waste-filtering organ. Your liver’s job is to create bile, which the digestive system uses to break down foods.

Finally, Sage is included in this blend as an added umbrella for digestive support, since studies show its traditional use for ‘digestive disturbances.’
