Since 2021, ABĒCA Naturals has supported hundreds of clients on their wellness journeys through education, encouragement, and custom herbal formulations.

Our herbalist, Sophia Forstall, brings eight years of community herbalism experience and clinical apprenticeship, ensuring a deep understanding of plant-based medicine tailored to your needs.

A consultation is right for you if:

• You are new to holistic health and are looking for education on how plant medicine may help you in your specific situation
• You have a recent diagnosis and are looking for a custom herbal blend to support your body in this season
• You have recently met with another practitioner and have been referred to our practice for custom blend formulation 

Consultation Details:

 📌 Initial Consultation – $65 

Includes a thorough intake session (up to 60 minutes) and custom blend formulation. Product is sold separately. Consultation includes one follow up.

📌 Follow-up Appointments – $20

Each follow-up session is 15 minutes.

Your personalized herbal blend may come in the form of tinctures, capsules, teas, or a combination, tailored to your health history and goals. On average, a one-month supply ranges from $28 to $35.
