Booking a virtual consultation with our clinical herbalist is a much-needed step for many in achieving balance and better health through a holistic approach.

Since 2021, ABĒCA Naturals has supported hundreds of clients on their wellness journeys.

Our herbalist, Sophia Forstall, brings eight years of community herbalism experience and clinical apprenticeship, ensuring a deep understanding of plant-based medicine tailored to your needs.

We provide highly personalized health solutions, including customized lifestyle recommendations and herbal supplement guidance, designed to align with your unique goals. Our comprehensive assessments consider your full health history, and we provide a plan crafted specifically for you.

While our herbalists are not medical doctors, we are holistic health practitioners specializing in natural wellness. Our evidence-based approach is grounded in extensive clinical research, case studies, and traditional herbal knowledge to deliver safe, effective, and personalized recommendations.

Creating your personalized plan requires significant time, expertise, and resources. Our process involves:

•  In-Depth Clinical Research: We thoroughly investigate your specific condition, drawing on scientific literature, clinical case studies, and traditional herbalism to ensure safe and effective recommendations.

•  Custom Herbal Formulations: Each blend is meticulously crafted to address your unique health profile, considering symptoms, medical history, allergies, and potential interactions with medications. This level of customization goes beyond generic herbal products.

•  Ongoing Support and Expertise: Our consultations include follow-ups to monitor progress and adjust your plan as needed, ensuring optimal results.

Consultation Details:

 📌 Initial Consultation – $55 (due after consultation)

Includes a 15-30 minute intake session, custom blend formulation,* and a 15-minute follow-up at 12 weeks. 

📌 Additional Follow-up Appointments – $20

Each follow-up session is 15 minutes.

Your personalized herbal blend may come in the form of tinctures, capsules, teas, or a combination, tailored to your health history and goals. On average, a one-month supply ranges from $28 to $35.
