ABECA Naturals Beef Liver Capsules are made with pure lab-tested grass-fed beef liver powder. Often referred to as “nature’s multivitamin,” beef liver is rich in nutrients that support energy production and overall health.

Beef liver is widely used to support:

• Liver function and detox pathways
• Adrenal and cortisol balance
• Energy and metabolism
• Skin, eyes, and gut health

Beef liver should always be taken after or alongside a good meal with fat, as this improves absorption and prevents discomfort.

Suggested introduction schedule:

• Days 1–3: 1 capsule (or .5 g powder) daily
• Days 4–6: 2 capsules (1 g powder) daily
• Days 7–9: 3 capsules (1.5 g powder) daily
• Days 10 onward: 4 capsules (2 g powder) daily

Once you get to 4 capsules daily, take two capsules twice daily for best effects.

Cautions:

1. Beef liver is naturally rich in copper and retinol vitamin A. These are highly beneficial but can sometimes trigger detox reactions (fatigue, discomfort, or digestive changes). If this occurs, reduce your dose for a few weeks before resuming.
2. Generally considered safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding. In fact, studies suggest that the nutrients in beef liver are especially important for fetal and infant development. Always consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your regimen.
3. Not intended for children under 5. If given, use very small amounts by opening a capsule and sprinkling into food.

How do I store this product? What is the shelf life?
Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration is not required. Best if used within 12 months of opening.
