Meanwhile, GABA and L-Theanine are used to support resistance to fatigue, relaxed alertness, and feelings of calm and act as adaptogens to balance the nervous system.

SereniZen® Gummies can be taken in two doses: One a day for a 2-month supply to support calm focus and mood balance and two a day for a 30-day supply to support a measured stress response and emotional clarity.
