Ashwagandha root, Alfalfa seeds, Caraway seeds, Fenugreek seeds, and Nettles leaf.

Some people report a dip in their milk supply when they work with Fenugreek. Due to the small amount in this nutritive blend, that specific adverse reaction should not be a concern. However, you may notice that you smell of maple syrup. This is commonly reported and does not affect milk supply.
