Shark Fin description: Named after a true story shark fin encounter just half of a mile from the HHI Coffee Roastery, this bold blend of Colombian, Guatemalan, and Brazilian beans is a smooth, dark roast. We love it for a flavorful cup of coffee or a creamy shot of espresso.

Island Time description: This coffee is a blend of Colombian coffee roasted two ways – both lighter and darker. This blend has brighter notes, as well as hints of chocolate, making it a versatile coffee enjoyable to both the traditionalist as well as the edgy adventurer.
