This traditional salve has been a staple in the medicine cabinet since your great-great grandmother made sourdough before it was cool!

Designed specifically for the removal of toxins in and under the skin, this ointment helps to draw out foreign matter and infection.

Plantain, bentonite clay and charcoal act as drawing agents which help to remove toxins, and Calendula, Comfrey and shea butter sooth and moisturize the skin.

To use: apply a thick layer onto skin and cover with a bandage. Leave on overnight or for many hours, and wash the salve off afterward. Repeat for up to 3 days. This salve is an excellent choice for boils, pimples, infections, and bug bites.

Black salve will not stain your skin but will stain bedsheets and clothing.
