Return Policy & Cancellations Order Cancellations If you need to cancel your order after it is placed, please contact abecanaturals@gmail.com ASAP. Most orders ship out within one business day, so prompt contact is needed. If you contact us before your order has shipped, we will refund you in full and cancel your order. If you contact us after your order has been shipped, please mark the box “RETURN TO SENDER” and send the package back to us unopened. Once we have received your order, we will refund you minus shipping charges. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for canceled orders. Returns and Exchanges Returns and Exchanges ABECA Naturals accepts returns under any condition. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will buy back any item if returned in reasonable condition within 14 days. If a product is defective, please email us pictures of the product issue. If a product has broken or spilled during shipping, we require these pictures to be able to send your replacement product. Once we have talked to you, we will ship out a replacement product as soon as possible. If there is any delay (i.e. if the product is out of stock), we will contact you to make arrangements or issue a refund. Guarantee Don’t love our products?
