Suggested Use: Add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon (1 to 2 droppers) to 8 ounces of juice daily. Due to the high concentration, do not take directly by mouth and do not exceed suggested use – may have a laxative effect.

Other Ingredients: Water from the Great Salt Lake, and potassium benzoate.
